Since I was young I’ve known 2 things… I love tacos & I love the ladies. I used to pull my wagon loaded with tacos selling them to whoever I could. My tacos caught on and I figured out it was an easy way to impress the ladies so I decided to step up to a truck.

Then I decided I would join the carnival to travel and share my tacos with everyone and of course meet more ladies!
While traveling I ventured off to the bright lights of Vegas. I don’t remember much other than hitting it big at the tables and also with the ladies! I didn’t make it back with much, but decided to roll the dice one more time and have my dream of opening my very own Taco Shop!

I have loved and lost a lot of fine ladies along the way and for a select few…I have named a taco after them!
