WTAMU Distinguished Lecture Series featuring former CBS reporter Betty Nguyen at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19 in the Jack B. Kelley Student Center, Legacy Hall. A reception and open house begins at 6 p.m. in the Grand Lobby of the Sybil B. Harrington Fine Arts Complex. Nguyen is an award-winning journalist whose work has taken her across the globe. She worked at CBS News (2010-2012) as an anchor and correspondent, contributing to the network’s broadcasts and platforms, including The CBS Morning News and The Early Show. The event is part of Communication Week at WTAMU.
