Shepherd’s Helping Hands along with The Downtown Business Assoc. and Shepard’s Crook Nursing are organizing the 3rd annual Christmas on Main and Lighting of the Tree. The event will be a fun-filled day full of activities on December 1st. There will be a Christmas Bazaar with booth rents available for retailers, for crafters, and vendors for $25.00; clubs, civic organizations or any group wanting to provide entertainment can arrange to have a place at the Pampa Chamber of Commerce by calling Shepherd’s Helping Hands at 665-0356.There will also be other activities including carriage rides, Christmas characters walking along the streets, PAWS Doggie in the window pet adoption, caroling, Soup With Mrs. Clause, Breakfast with Santa, Pet contest, Madeline Graves Dancers, The Nutcracker and Festival of Trees ( at MK Brown), Story and Craft Time at the Library, Downtown business open house, and of course the Christmas parade.
